Daalcheeni is an upcoming Odia film directed by Peenakee Singh & Sisir Kumar Sahu, starring Suryamayee Mohapatra and Partha Sarathi Ray. The film is produced by Atish Kumar Rout and co-produced by Supriya rout. Set in Eastern Odisha, the film's score is composed by S. Thaman, with the soundtrack album being composed by Jerry Silvester Vincent. The Story &Screenplay is handled by Jitendriya Pradhan and editing is done by Rashmiranjan Dash.

An innocent, simple, shy, and gentle INVESTMENT BANKER - KAUSHIK (34) is still a virgin in this storey set in Eastern Odisha. He's dreaming about his secret s*x fantasies when he gets the chance to hire a high profile escort- MARILYN (26) through an online service provider. Kaushik plans a trip to an exotic resort to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Both spend the night surrounded by amusements and annoyances. After a long period of silence, Kaushik finally expresses his suppressed emotions. For the first time, he feels his reality and has a genuine taste of life. Both return to the city the following evening. After a memorable quality time, it's time to say good-by. After a few days...., Kaushik has the impression that something has been left with Marilyn. Kaushik tries to track her down. He looks all over the city but fails every time he gets close to some sure-shot locations. He is unable to locate her. Kaushik makes numerous attempts to make contact.
