The registration form will appear; fill it out and submit it.

Offline Procedure-

  • Navigate to the official website.
  • Select the "Download" tab.
  • Then, select the "Registration Form" link.
  • A pdf registration form will be displayed.
  • Print it after you've downloaded it.
  • Fill out the registration form and include all required documents.
  • Submit the completed registration form.

After verifying the information provided by the applicants, the application will be approved and the beneficiaries will be issued a labour card.
