Revered Sir ,
It is a matter of unique pleasure and great gratification for us today to felicitate you on the occasion of the 6th General Body Meeting of the Utkal University Zoology Alumni Association (UUZAA)
You have passed M.Sc from Utkal University in 1965 as 4th batch student. You were awarded Ph. D. in Zoology from Berhampur University in the year of 1975 on a topic entitled 'Ecology of the Earthworm'. You have started your teaching career as a lecturer in Zoology at Shri Krushna Chandra Gajapati College, Paralakhemundi and after a long stint at various government colleges, you retired from Ravenshaw University in 2001.
You have authored five textbooks in Zoology including one as a co-author in Bureau's Zoology published by Odisha State Book Bureau . You have also undertaken an ICMR ( Indian Council of Medical Research) research scheme .
Besides academic you are a prolific writer penning down eight numbers of fiction and novels and four numbers of spiritual book.
Sir, let us repeat how happy we are today to offer our felicitation to you for contribution of significantly to the cause of Zoological Sciences in our state.
We pray almighty to bestow upon his blessings and grant you a long and prosperous life.
